About Yogasram

Our Story

Yogasram was not founded in a studio. It was founded in the recognition that yoga — five thousand years old, crossing every border, surviving every transformation — had never had a school equal to its depth. A real school. A credentialing institution that treated yoga the way medicine treats the body and law treats justice: as something worth taking seriously enough to teach correctly.

Our founder, Joseph Paul, spent two decades inside the yoga community — watching extraordinary teachers work without institutional recognition, watching students learn from people whose qualifications were entirely self-reported, watching the tradition fragment into trends. He saw that what yoga needed was not another retreat, another app, or another online course. It needed a school.

Yogasram is that school. We are an educational initiative of Maxsys International Inc., structured as an international credentialing body with the mission to train, verify, and connect yoga teachers and schools to a standard that the world can trust.

To preserve, transmit, and expand the science of yoga — as a complete system for human flourishing — available to every person on earth, through rigorous teacher training, credentialed certification, and a global community of verified practitioners.
